All our classes are supervised by highly qualified MumSafe trainers and are suitable for all fitness levels - beginners are welcome!

Class Descriptions

Bells & Bands

Simple yet effective, this class is a full body, functional resistance session using just bands and kettlebells.


To join from home, you will need a loop band, booty band & kettlebell. If you don't have these at home you can join us in the studio.

Fusion

Strength, core & cardio all in one! This is a bootcamp style workout minus the drill sergeant!

Restore

30 minutes of flow, stretch & activations, finished with a meditation to set you up for your best day or wind down for a restful night sleep.

This class is online and the recording is available to all Infuse Fitness members.

Personal Mindset Coaching

Our mindset controls our behaviours and our behaviours dictate our results. So it makes sense to get our mindset right when we have goals in mind! Chat with Ellen today about personal mindset coaching and hypnotherapy

Strength

Improve posture and give your confidence a boost while getting strong and shapely! Resistance training is essential for maintaining bone density and lean muscle.

Ignite

Get your heart beating & blood pumping with this high intensity cardio session. Happy hormones will flow for the rest of the day! Suitable for all fitness levels, but please let us know about any injuries or concerns before class.

Super Session

This fun session is a one hour mix of all our epic classes! Join us for breakfast afterwards!

Personal Training

Get If you've got a specific goal in mind, an injury you'd like to work on rehabbing or just enjoy the individual attention, personal training might be for you! Get in touch to enquire.
